Studioninedots is looking for a Modeller/Technical designer to join the team at short notice. We look for a team member capable of leading a project to a higher level from concept to realisation. Are you good at organising and guarding the architectural principles? Do you have demonstrable knowledge of construction? And do you have experience with Dutch construction and regulations and have you been through all phases of a project before?

What we ask:
— You hold an architecture degree (master’s degree from TU, Academy of Architecture or similar)
— You have at least three years’ work experience
— You are a team player, efficient and precise
— You have an affinity with housing construction and building technology
— You have a good knowledge and command of Archicad
— You have an excellent command of Dutch (oral and written)
— You have experience with complex housing projects and high-rise construction

— Inspiring projects in a wide diversity in scale and context
— The opportunity to work in design teams of around seven colleagues
— A working week of 32-40 hours
— Salary in accordance with the collective labour agreement
