Studioninedots is looking for a Modeller/Technical Designer to join the team at short notice. We are looking for someone who can develop concepts with precision, maintain architectural principles, and play an active role in delivering high-quality projects. You are comfortable working within the Dutch construction context and have experience across multiple project stages.

What we ask:
— You hold a degree in Architecture or Building Engineering
— You have (at least) two-three years’ work experience at a Dutch building/construction or architectural firm
— You are a team player, work hard, are efficient and precise
— You are well-versed in building technology, building regulations and detailing
— You have strong knowledge and proficiency in Archicad and BIM methodology
— Proficiency in Dutch is an advantage, but not a requirement

— 32 hours per week
— Salary in accordance with the collective labour agreement, scale 4-5, depending on experience
