That is why we are looking for a Financial & Operations Manager. In this role, you ensure that our studio and projects are set up, monitored and managed in a financially and organisationally robust way.

What will you be doing?
— Maintain and update financial forecasts and overviews
— Handle project administration, including timesheets and project data in Ruby
— Support financial monitoring and reporting of office planning
— Prepare and manage contracts
— Prepare and process quotations
— Manage the general information inbox

Who are we looking for?
— You have at least 5 years of relevant experience
— Experience in architecture, design, real estate or project-based services is a strong advantage
— You have strong financial and analytical skills
— You have experience with contracts, quotations and project monitoring
— You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy working in a design-led environment
— You have a proactive, structured and independent working style
— You have an excellent command of Dutch (spoken and written)

That’s why we are looking for an Administration Officer who ensures careful and efficient support for our studio and projects.

What will you be doing?
— Payments and receivables management
— Actively following up on outstanding invoices
— Preparing and processing employment contracts in coordination with HR
— Payroll administration, including updates, absence and insurance changes
— Managing sickness absence, leave and holiday records
— Managing insurance policies
— Maintaining memberships, subscriptions and other studio-related registrations

Who are we looking for?
— You have least 1 year of relevant experience in financial administration or operational support
— You have experience with bookkeeping, payroll administration and contract management
— An affinity with architecture, design or project-based work is a plus
— You have excellent organisational skills
— You have proactive and independent working attitude
— You have an excellent command of Dutch (spoken and written)

Studioninedots is looking for a Project Architect to join the team at short notice. We look for someone who can elevate a project from concept through to realisation.

Are you highly organised and able to safeguard the architectural principles throughout the process? Can you represent Studioninedots confidently throughout the whole process? Do you have experience with Dutch construction practice and regulations, having worked through all project phases before? And do you have an excellent command of both Dutch and English?

Who are we looking for?
— You hold an architecture degree (master’s degree from TU, Academy of Architecture or similar)
— You have at least five years’ work experience
— You are ambitious, communicatively strong, efficient and precise
— You are a team player and are experienced in managing a project team
— You have an excellent command of Dutch (spoken and written)
— You have an affinity with housing construction and building technology
— You have experience with complex housing projects and high-rise construction
— As a project architect, you have managed at least one project from concept to detail
