Studioninedots is looking for an Architect/Designer (fluent in Dutch) to join the team at short notice, capable of taking projects from concept to completion and elevating them to the next level. We are looking for someone with strong design skills, who can safeguard architectural principles, organise clearly and represent Studioninedots throughout the entire process.

What we ask:
— You hold an Architecture degree (TU, Academy of Architecture or similar)
— You have at least three years of relevant work experience
— You possess strong conceptual design skills and an eye for spatial quality
— You are ambitious, communicative, efficient, and precise
— You have experience both working in and leading design and project teams
— You have an affinity for residential architecture, urban complexity, and construction techniques
— You have experience with complex residential projects and/or high-rise buildings
— As a (project) architect, you have taken at least one project from concept to detail
— You have excellent command of Dutch, both written and spoken
— You have good knowledge and proficiency in Archicad

Studioninedots is looking for an Urban Designer/Landscape Designer (fluent in Dutch) who thrives at the intersection of urban planning, landscape, and architecture. We look for someone with strong conceptual thinking, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to produce high-quality design documents independently. You will work across disciplines on urban strategies, area developments, and public realm projects, bringing an integrated design approach.

What you will do:
— You will develop urban and landscape concepts and strategies
— You will independently create and structure presentations, shaping their content
— You will support project teams with research, analysis, and spatial proposals
— You will contribute to tenders, studies, and complex urban projects

What we ask:
— You hold a degree in Architecture, Urbanism or Landscape Architecture (TU, Academy of Architecture or similar)
— You have a strong affinity with urban design and landscape architecture and can integrate these disciplines in your work
— You are fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written
— You are confident in presenting, excelling both in content and visually
— You are capable of independently compiling presentations and design documents
— You think conceptually and analytically, are curious, and enjoy exploring the interaction between disciplines

Studioninedots is looking for a Modeller/Technical Designer (fluent in Dutch) to join the team at short notice. We are looking for someone who can develop concepts with precision, maintain architectural principles, and play an active role in delivering high-quality projects. You are comfortable working within the Dutch construction context and have experience across multiple project stages.

What we ask:
— You hold a degree in Architecture or Building Engineering
— You have (at least) two-three years’ work experience
— You are a team player, work hard, are efficient and precise
— You have an affinity with housing construction, urban complexity and building technology
— You have strong knowledge and proficiency in Archicad
— You have excellent command of Dutch, both written and spoken
— You have experience with complex residential projects and/or high-rise buildings
